4.1 Preparation
Carry out site survey and ground analysis. Confirm length, quantity and layout of anchors required before installation.
4.2 Drill
Drill borehole at anchor location. Depth, direction and diameter of borehole should comply with project requirements.
4.3 Insert anchor bar
Place T73 hollow grouting anchor bar into hole and position it as required.
4.4 Grouting
Inject grout through hollow center of anchor until borehole is filled and surrounding voids are filled with grout.
4.5 Install accessories
Install remaining accessories including bearing plate, nut, etc. Tighten and adjust as needed.
4.6 Curing
Allow grout to cure and inspect installation before continuing works.
