3. Applications

4. Installation Process
4.1 Prepare installation materials including anchor bar, grout, nuts, couplers, bearing plates and any other accessories required.
4.2 Drill borehole to designed dimensions. Diameter, depth, vertical alignment and side-to-side position will be determined by engineering project specifications.
4.3 Place T76 hollow anchor bar into bore hole. Push it down to required depth. You should leave enough exposed anchor bar length to attach the accessories and make any required adjustments.
4.4 Inject grout into the hollow core of the anchor bar. Carefully control grouting pressure and flow to ensure borehole and surrounding void areas are completely filled.
4.5 Install bearing plate, nut and any other accessories onto the exposed end of anchor bar.
4.6 Adjust the anchor to ensure it is in tight contact with the rock mass or structure. This can be done by hand or with mechanical equipment.
