4. Installation Process
4.1 Preparation
Determine the required length of T52 anchor rod, thread direction, steel grade and any accessories as required by the project design.
4.2 Work Area Preparation
Clear and level the construction surface area to allow smooth drilling and insertion of anchor.
4.3 Drill hole
Drill into the required depth and direction. Borehole depth and diameter must correspond with anchor length and planned anchoring method.
4.4 Insert the T52 hollow anchor bar into the hole
Once completed, insert T52 hollow anchor bar into hole. T52 anchors can simultaneously drill and advance when used in self-drilling applications.
4.5 Inject grout through anchor bar
Pump grout through hollow centre of anchor into borehole to fill void and further solidify contact between anchor and surrounding ground.
4.6 Cure grout and protect anchor from disturbance.
Allow grout to cure as required by project material specifications and site conditions. Keep anchor away from disturbances until project completion.
